DRINK DRIVER ARRESTED

On 12/06/2026 at around 02:00 officers from our Road Crime Team stopped a red VW Passatt on Victoria Road.

A roadside breath test was conducted on the driver who blew over the legal limit.

The 40-year-old male driver, from Biddulph Moor, was arrested for driving whilst under the influence of alcohol.

He has has since been released on bail.
